New cards for 2008 are now available! Designed by the Children of Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children. Beloved Friends of Sunshine Cottage, We made these Christmas Cards especially for you. Since its founding in 1947, Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children has demonstrated repeatedly that hearing impaired children can lead successful lives in mainstream society. Innovative teaching, early amplification, and speech therapy enable hearing impaired children to live, study and work in the world of sound. Sunshine Cottage is a private, non-profit school for children with hearing loss. We are supported by donations and fund raising events such as this Holiday Card sale. All proceeds directly benefit us, the children, by helping purchase hearing aids and equipment, as well as, education for our parents on how to best help us live in a world of sound. The ability to talk and express our own ideas to hearing people, has opened our future to endless possibilities. From our hands and hearts, we thank you for your support.
